Order Processing Time

Each order is thoughtfully prepared as part of our Moonlit Spa Ritual experience.

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • This time allows us to carefully assemble kits, inspect products, and package each order with intention.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Ritual Kits & Beauty Products

  • Ship from within the United States
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment

Specialty & Oversized Items

Some specialty or oversized items may ship directly from our fulfillment partners.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on location and carrier
  • delivery times will be shown at checkout or on the product page
  • Tracking information will be provided as soon as your item ships.

Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $35 (U.S. only)
  • Free shipping applies to eligible ritual items and kits

Specialty or oversized items may be excluded from free shipping due to size, weight, or carrier requirements. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
This allows each item to ship from the most appropriate location without delaying your experience.
